We’re looking for a Credit Controller / Office Financial Manager to join our team and work in our busy Falmouth studio.
Duties will include;
- Managing accounts payable
- Keeping on top of bank reconciliations
- Managing accounts receivable
- Credit control
- Processing expenses
- Processing VAT
- Other administrative wonders that you can come up with to help us all out.
Pay will be calculated pro-rata. For the right candidate the role can include; Payroll and HR responsibilities if desired by both parties.
To be successful you will have to be a natural team-player who is keen to help with general running of a busy design and marketing studio. You will love helping clients and helping your colleagues to be the best they can. Start is ASAP.
Job Type: Part time, flexible hours. Between 8 and 16 hours depending on duties undertaken.
Salary: £19,000 to £26,000/year pro-rata and dependent on experience.
