The Role
You’ll be supporting a range of clients across social media, website content and handling general day-to-day queries. It’s a hands-on, fast-moving role that combines creative thinking with practical digital skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule social media content for multiple clients
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Manage and respond to client queries via our job management system
- Make light website updates using CMS platforms (primarily WordPress)
- Work with our design and web teams where deeper tech skills are needed
- Spot opportunities to improve client communications and digital presence
- Stay up-to-date with social trends, tools and best practice
What We’re Looking For
- Confident with social media platforms and content creation
- Basic experience with content management systems (WordPress ideal)
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and responding to clients directly
- Creative, self-motivated and eager to learn new tools and platforms.
Salary & Perks
- £25,000–£28,000 pro rata depending on experience
- Flexible working (some office time in Falmouth is expected)
