Meet the team

Sara is the co-founder and managing director who built Eight Wire into one of Cornwall’s most successful marketing and design agencies. Winner of multiple business awards, she was elected to membership of the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD).

As well as helming the agency, she can often be found delivering workshops, coaching and lecturing undergraduates in various elements of business.

When Sara is not working she's normally sailing or enjoying long walks and good food.

David has a wealth of experience in ecommerce conversion optimisation, Google platforms, SEO auditing and strategic marketing - taking a goal-orientated approach to website builds and marketing projects.

If he’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find him kitesurfing when it’s windy and at the wakeboard parks when it’s not.

With over 30 years in the creative design and marketing sector, Jonathan brings a wealth of skills and experience to his designs.
Outside of work you will generally find him cycling along the country roads of Cornwall, or afloat in a variety of craft.

When Emma isn't honing her razor-sharp admin skills on keeping Eight Wire's systems and processes ticking along smoothly she can be found running her own business, Paint and Glaze, or mucking about in boats enjoying time with family and friends.

Beckie brings a wealth of operational expertise to our team. With a track record of supporting businesses throughout Cornwall and beyond, she has a genuine affinity for organisation and process optimisation and loves a problem to solve.

Beyond the studio, Beckie loves a paddle boarding adventure, the occasional sailing trip and a good stomp around the Cornish countryside with her dogs and whichever family member obliges (usually tempted with the promise of a coffee and cake stop).

Having recently graduated from Falmouth University with a degree in Business and Digital Marketing Molly is beyond delighted to be putting these skills in to immediate effect at Eight Wire. She really enjoys getting to know clients and working on creative solutions to their challenges.

When not in the office Molly can either be found in or on the water or walking her schnoodle puppy around the local coastal paths.

Tom brings a calm and considered approach to everything he does – whether that’s working on a creative project or paddling down the river in his kayak. When he’s not at his desk, you’ll likely find him exploring the Cornish coast on foot or seeking out the best food spots in Falmouth.

With more than 15 years of extensive, professional web development experience, Andy excels at coding in all website programming languages.

He has a wealth of experience creating websites for a range of organisations and once worked as lead web developer for Cornwall NHS.

Danny has experience coding across the board and was able to showcase these skills while achieving his BA (Hons) in digital media at Falmouth University. As well as developing his own game he’s also built apps and websites.

Outside of coding, you may find Danny scaling leisure centre climbing walls, outside bouldering, gaming or reading.

Jamie runs workshops that help businesses understand their customers better and learn how to adjust their market strategy. He works in analogue and digital marketing and is a lecturer in business at Falmouth University's Launchpad programme. An experienced journalist, he is passionate about communication and still gets upset about misplaced apostrophes. Outside work he'll be found sailing, cycling and kayaking and looking for people to make an ultimate frisbee team.
