Smart wellbeing inspired by the community

The brief

Smartline is a partnership project led by the University of Exeter that aims to identify the requirements and market potential for new eHealth/eWellbeing products and services, using this data to stimulate business development. To launch the project, Smartline came to us for a package ready to launch the project to the public.

What we did

Together with the Smartline team, we delved into the core of the brand and developed key values over a series of development stages in order to create a powerful new brand and website for Smartline that clearly communicated their message and goals to all target audiences.

What happened next

In order to support Smartline beyond our initial work, we produced graphic design and marketing collateral for continued use. They also received a comprehensive brand guidelines document, infographics, illustrations and an information pack to ensure that the Smartline team were empowered to be their own brand guardians, ensuring the longevity of the branding.

The outcome

With the support of strong branding and a clear, concise website, the Smartline project is going from strength to strength. There are around 300 homes involved in the study that is the basis of collaborative work between researchers, communities and businesses.
