The brief

We were approached by Iain, who was running leadership training based on his years training personnel in the military. This unique approach had exceptional feedback and success but required some support to get the word out to prospective clients. After an initial meeting we set about helping him to plan an event the following week and created a longer marketing term plan to help him improve processes and his social media presence.


What we did

We started with working on the branding, creating a new Mission:Engagement logo. We then created branded print based literature for his training sessions, including feedback sheets and leaflets outlining the packages on offer. We also carried out an audit of Mission:Engagement’s digital footprint, including refreshing all social media channels and providing feedback on improvements to the website to make it more user friendly and on brand.

What happened next

As part of the wider strategy we were asked to do a full website rebuild in line with the new branding and messaging. After providing wire frames to the client showing a simplified customer journey, we worked closely with them to populate the site, giving potential customers a clear snapshot of what to expect from a training event. We also worked on creating a wider marketing strategy, creating social media content in line with the brand and aimed towards their target clients.

The outcome

The client was thrilled with the new branding and website, giving them a professional platform to confidently compete for work with national organisations. In addition the literature produced was used to provide a consistent message, from following new leads to gathering feedback, backed up by management of their social media accounts.
